We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Leicester. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with good attention to detail and a practical, reliable approach to work.
Duties of a Assembly Operative
You will be working as part of the Assembly Team and will be responsible for:
- Assembling a variety of shop stands and display units.
- Using a glue gun and other basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Following assembly instructions and quality standards.
- Ensuring all products are completed to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Skills and experience of an Assembly Operative
As an Assembly Operative, you will need to have experience with:
- Previous assembly or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable using a glue gun and working with different materials.
- Able to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
