Job Title: Investment Consultant
Reports To: Head of Sales
Location: Market Harborough
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80,000–£120,000)

As an Investment Consultant, you’ll take qualified appointments and turn them into long-term investor relationships. This role is about more than closing deals—it’s about understanding client goals, delivering high-impact investment opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert pre-qualified investor leads into closed investments
- Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, understanding their goals and matching them to suitable opportunities
- Maintain an organised, accurate CRM record of all prospect and client interactions
- Collaborate with Investment Advisers to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality appointments
- Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and presentations

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in high-value B2C or B2B sales (investment or financial services preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of ethical investments, property, or renewables (desirable)
- Minimum GCSEs or equivalent; higher education or financial certifications a plus
