Location: Leicester
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, full-time
Contract: Permanent
Our client, a reputable and well-established third-party telecommunications company based in Leicester, is currently seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with proven outbound calling experience who is confident engaging decision-makers, promoting telecomms solutions, and converting leads into sales.
The Role

Making high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective business customers

Promoting a range of telecomms products and services

Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions

Building rapport quickly and handling objections professionally

Accurately recording activity and outcomes on internal systems

Working to individual and team sales targets
The Telesales Executive Candidate

Previous outbound telesales or telemarketing experience (essential)

Confident, clear and persuasive telephone manner

Strong communication and listening skills

Target-driven with a resilient attitude

Able to work well in a fast-paced sales environment

Experience within telecomms or utilities would be advantageous, but not essential
