About the Role

Regional Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a respected civil engineering consultancy based in Leicester, who are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows, ready to take a lead role in delivering coordinated, high-quality design documentation. You will play a key part in mentoring junior technicians, overseeing model quality, and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple disciplines.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
• Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and schedules.
• Work closely with project leads, engineers, and architects to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and uphold BIM standards, templates, and quality procedures across the team.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure smooth design coordination and data exchange.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience as a Revit Technician or Senior BIM Technician within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong understanding of BIM processes.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction detailing and design documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (HNC/HND or higher).
